Fusion Fitness is a fun, innovative synthesis of martial arts movement for muscle tone, strength, and weight loss. This is not a martial arts class. While it is designed to complement warrior training, Fusion Fitness will be a valuable addition to any cross training program and can stand alone to bring health and balance to your life.
Drawing from the training regimen of many martial disciplines Fusion Fitness gradually builds strength, speed, flexibility, and power. Unlike many fitness philosophies which push the practitioner to failure of the muscles, Fusion Fitness builds on the philosophy of “train to never fail.”
We believe that a strong, healthy body as part of a holistic program of wellness can bring you into balance with nature, help you to navigate conflicts in your personal and work life, and lead to a better overall quality of life.
This training program is designed to welcome anyone who has decided to improve their quality of life through mindful physical practice. Whether you’ve never set foot in a gym or are a seasoned athlete, Fusion Fitness classes are structured to allow you to listen to your body and choose the difficulty of your workout on any given day.
