BUBBLES is a new fitness program focused on
developing strong, toned glutes, abs, and legs.
The glutes are the powerhouse of movement. Toning & strengthening this area leads to better overall fitness and health, fast. There has been a craze around developing a better shape in this area, to the point that some women are getting dangerous procedures to enhance their glute appearance. This program is developed not just to target aesthetics, but to develop strength and support against injury while developing YOUR bubble in a healthy, natural way.
BUBBLES is a 6-week camp developed with our tribe in mind. Starting Friday August 12th, we will meet Fridays at 6pm for a 30-40 minute workout. This class is for WOMEN ONLY.
